Turnaround time for Direct To Prints is normally 3 days. Please note that Premium papers are printed on FRIDAYS ONLY so please submit your files by the Wednesday afternoon prior to the Friday.

Please note that file names for any of our services should not contain spaces or special characters. Please use underscore ("_") if you need to denote a separate word in your file name.

To meet our criteria for Direct to Print Lightjet services, your job must fall within the following guidelines:

  • Direct to Print Lightjet prints must be pre- sized to desired output size and include any desired borders in the file.
  • Images larger than 50" must be rotated horizontally.
  • The maximum image size is 48" tall by 119" long
  • Please set your file to the following specifications: Files must be in RGB Mode, Uncompressed TIFF, 8 Bit, with all layers flattened.
  • Files in TIFF format may range from 150 to 300 dpi.
  • Files in JPEG format MUST be 300 dpi.
  • For best results, we suggest that you use these color settings:
    • Monitor Calibration: Gamma 2.2, D6500 (6500 Kelvin)
    • sRGB color space
  • For color prints, you must convert to our Kodak Endura/Lighjet Printer Paper Profile. The Lightjet Profile is available here. Please note: Converting to profile must be your last step. Editing after converting to our profile will result in a color shift.
  • For black and white prints, you must convert to the profile named sRGB IEC61966-2.1. This profile is included in your Adobe Photoshop software.

Direct to Print Giclées are printed on our Epson 9800 wide format printer. This printer uses a number of Epson UltraChrome inks to create an image upon many varieties of paper.

  • Watercolor papers include: Elegance Fine Art, Hahnemuhle German Etching, Somerset Velvet, and Sterling Photo Matte - Rag.
  • Canvas papers include: Chromata Canvas (replaces the previous Brilliance Canvas). The printer has a maximum print size of 44" x 120". The prints are ink on paper and the results yield a softer, more impressionistic rendering of a photograph and are also ideal for reproductions of paintings, drawings, etc.

To meet our criteria for Direct to Print Giclée services, your job must fall within the following guidelines:

  • Direct to Print Giclée do not need special profiles. They are best saved with the profile used. If your working space is sRGB, then save your file in sRGB. Please keep in mind that Adobe 1998 has a wide gamut close to that of the Epson so it is recommended for best results.
  • Must be in TIFF or JPEG format
  • 8 bit
  • 300 dpi
  • No Alpha Channels - Please discard (not just turning off)
  • Images larger than 44" wide must be rotated horizontally.

We are pleased to offer amazing quality, 4-color digital offset prints in extremely short run quantities printed on the HP Indigo Digital Press. Our process is perfect for gallery invitations, business & promo cards, fine art books, calendars & more. We also offer variable data printing options. This is ideal for submitting a database for different mailing addresses and/or a different image on each postcard. We print either single sided [4/0], double sided (front side color, back side black text) [4/1], or double sided (color, color) [4/4]. Please add 50% for [4/4], 25% for [4/1]. You have a choice of either matte finish or ultra gloss UV coating. House stock is 100lb cover.

  • Files should be in sRGB
  • Please size files to size desired at 300 dpi
  • For bleed, please leave 1/8" border for trimming.

  • Direct to Print Vinyl Banners do not need special profiles. They are best saved with the profile used. If your working space is sRGB, then save your file in sRGB. Please keep in mind that Adobe 1998 has a wide gamut close to that of the Epson so it is recommended for best results.
  • Must be in TIFF or JPEG format
  • 8 bit
  • 300 dpi
  • No Alpha Channels - Please discard (not just turning off)
  • Images larger than 44" wide must be rotated horizontally.
  • The printer has a maximum print size of 60 " x 120".
