Our standard walk-in turnaround times are listed within each
service description. A&I turnaround is subject to change
due to workload and machine maintenance. We encourage you to
call to check turnaround before making client commitments. Rush
services are available for an additional charge. By-mail turnaround
times vary. Please call to inquire. All turnaround times listed
are for walk-in or full-price by-mail services.

Non-Standard
Film Processing
A&I Does Not Process the Following Film Types / Formats:
APS; Advantix; 116; 126 (Instamatic); C22 (color negative);
E2, E3, E4 (Ektachrome); K11, K12 (Kodachrome); 120, 828 or
Super 8 Kodachrome; or 8 mm (any kind).
A&I Does Process the Following Non-Standard Film Types
/ Formats:
• 127 film (38mm x 38mm)
We can process C41, E6 and B&W 127 film and make contact
sheets. We cannot make machine prints, but we can make custom
prints. We cannot mount E6 127 film; it is returned sleeved.
• 620 film (same as 120 – uses different spools)
All services available for 120 are available for 620.
• Stereo Realist and/or 3D film
We can process, make contact sheets and scan (two frames per
scan). We cannot mount 3D transparencies.
• Bulk-Loaded Film
Film must be no longer than 36 frames. If longer, we will have
to cut and discard the extra film length.

Copyright
By bringing negatives, transparencies or flat art to A&I,
all A&I customers warrant that they have the right to reproduce
and/or modify the materials in question. A&I holds no liability
for a customer’s failure to secure appropriate usage rights,
or for copyright infringement.

Accounts
A&I is happy to set up accounts for its regular customers. Minimum spending for a net 30 account is $2000/month. Accounts are not available for prepaid mailer services. To apply for an account, please send an e-mail to newaccounts@aandi.com.
We can also keep a credit card number on file for the convenience of our regular customers. Minimum spending to keep a credit card on file is $500/month. To download our credit card on file form, click here.

Film
Our processing charge for blank film is 50% of the process price.

Terms of Service
A&I’s pricing is subject to change without notice.
Services may also be added or discontinued without notice. By
using A&I, you agree to our Limitations of Liability.

Limitations
of Liability
A&I takes pride in its ability to handle negatives, transparencies
and other materials with utmost care. In the event of unforeseeable
damage or loss within our lab, reimbursement amounts are limited
to the actual price of the materials provided, e.g., the price
of film and the price of services rendered. Submitting your
film to A&I constitutes your agreement that any damage or
loss caused by our company, even through the negligence or fault
of our company, will entitle you to replacement with a like
amount of unexposed film and processing services. Except for
such replacement, the acceptance of the film is without other
warranty or liability, expressed or implied, and recovery for
incidental or consequential damages is excluded. By submitting
your film to A&I, you declare the value of your film to
be no more than its replacement cost as stated above. In the
event of loss by any shipping carrier, A&I will hold no
liability.

Student Program
A&I’s Student Program offers free services and discounts to anyone with a current, valid student ID. Just fill out the form and either mail it to A&I Hollywood or email info@aandi.com. Student Form must accompany a copy of the front and back of the student ID.
