To request any reprint or enlargement service by mail, download and complete this form and send with the negatives or transparencies to be printed.


To request any digital output or scanning service by mail, download and complete this form and send with a disc with appropriate files for the requested output or negatives / transparencies to be scanned.

**Please note: By default, Noritsu and Flatbed scans are provided as JPEG files; TIFF files are available by request only for an additional $5 per roll (no additional charge for TIF on per-frame scans). Drum scans are TIFF by default.


To request any film processing service by mail (without the use of A&I’s prepaid mailers), send us a letter that includes:

• Your unprocessed film
• Detailed processing instructions (e.g., any push/pull requirements, requests for cross-processing, etc.)
• For Transparency Film: Preferences on mounting vs. sleeving transparencies
• For Negative Film: Preferences on cutting/paging vs. leaving negatives uncut
• Your credit card number (including type of card and expiration date)
• Your ship-back address and desired method of shipping (FedEx/UPS (default is signature required unless otherwise specified) or U.S. Postal Service)
• Your phone number
• Your package may also incur a handling fee

DISCLAIMER: At A&I, we do everything within our control to ensure that your mail order is processed, packaged, and shipped within the timeframe promised, but we cannot guarantee turnarounds. A&I is not responsible for delays and other issues pertaining to standard postal service delivery. We also make all possible arrangements to accommodate split-order shipping. In the event that different departments must ship an order separately, our clients assume all shipping costs. Any package shipped with a product total of $100 or more will automatically be charged $0.75 per every $100 of the invoice total for shipping insurance. Our policy default is to ship all FedEx or UPS packages signature required. If you opt to ship your package no signature required, it releases A&I and FedEx or UPS from any responsibility for lost packages.
